Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of the cross-border e-commerce business processes and characteristics of each customs port, formulate customs operation SOP, and be responsible for the quality of port operations 2. Based on the business form, collaborate with partners to realize the normalized management of first-line port entry, second-line entry and exit of bonded areas and allocation of related businesses, actively solve the abnormal problems of 1210BBC entry and exit of imported cross-border e-commerce and 9610 direct mail, etc., follow up KPI assessment and optimization 3. Use visual and data-based operation tools to improve operation efficiency and quality 4. Based on the new trends of continuous development of cross-border e-commerce business, regulatory innovation, category breakthrough, and the rise of content e-commerce, promote the implementation of new business projects such as commodity access management, risk control compliance assessment, and customs solution output 5. Expand, establish and maintain a good relationship between the company and customs and other regulatory departments, and promote the cooperation and establishment of government-enterprise cooperation.
Qualifications
1. Relevant majors such as customs international affairs, logistics management, logistics and customs clearance supervision, with more than 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce customs supervision business such as bonded import and export business (bonded warehousing declaration, bonded processing management, incoming material processing management, etc.), direct mail BC or CC personal items, etc. 2. Priority will be given to those who have cross-border e-commerce platform & self-operated customs port cross-border e-commerce operation experience 3. Have excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills, and certain resource integration and business innovation capabilities 4. Have good teamwork, independent handling of affairs and cross-departmental project cooperation capabilities.
