Customer Growth Operations Leader

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the customer growth of ByteDance Feishu, by formulating digital marketing channel growth strategies, expanding channels, optimizing channel operation plans, and being responsible for the commercialization goals of Feishu's growing enterprise customers 2. Explore innovative marketing acquisition, combine regional business development and internal and external opportunities, and innovate new forms of digital marketing 3. Coordinate channel expansion and various special projects, coordinate business, market, products, resources, etc. through cross-departmental collaboration, communicate and promote the final effect of the project 4. Combine product and service SKUs to assist in planning and optimizing related content to promote digital marketing 5. Track and evaluate the effects of digital marketing projects and assist the project team in setting quantitative goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, advertising, marketing, journalism and other related majors are preferred 2. Have relevant experience in digital marketing, and have experience in the Internet, ToB, and SaaS industries are preferred 3. Have a keen insight into customer needs and have excellent marketing capabilities 4. Strong stress resistance and communication skills, strong project management capabilities, a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit 5. Excellent breakthrough spirit, good at thinking, and the ability to actively propose optimization project suggestions outside of regular activities.
