Customer Relationship Officer (Commercial / Corporate Banking)

Duties (For Commercial)

  • Responsible for providing overall administrative support to the corporate banking business
  • Coordinate with corporate clients and handle the enquiries in order to assist relationship management team

Duties (For Corporate)

  • Perform client onboarding process in accordance with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver high quality AML/KYC services and support to Front Office and clients
  • Checking client onboarding and maintaining documents including AML/PEP
  • Preparation and documentation of High Risk Customers Review, Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR), Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Communicate closely with Legal & Compliance, Operation, Front Office in strict and timely adherence and adoption to new policy or policy changes

 

Requirement: 

(For Commercial)

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in corporate banking business
  • Passes in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1,4) is preferable
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • High language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must

(For Corporate)

  • Bachelor degree holder in preferably Business or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant KYC/CDD/AML experience in Banking and Finance Industry
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
  • Equipped with CAMLP or AAMLP is highly recommended
