Responsibilities

• Manage team sales quota/dynamics and data work; Lead and motivate a team to achieve collective sales goals while effectively managing sales data and dynamics.
• Demonstrate outstanding sales skills and achieve individual sales targets
• Implement strategies to enhance member retention and build strong, long-term relationships
• Collaborate with our marketing and corporate sales team to implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with our various BUs to drive additional revenue streams
• Interact with a discerning clientele and provide exceptional service
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
• Lead team/people management skills; Demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in fitness/yoga industry will be an added advantage
• Sales and Marketing background preferred
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Customer Representative Manager/ Team Leader
• Familiar with various types of membership programme
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure
• Energetic, Self-motivated, mature and aggressive, able to work independently
• Good team development and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
