Tasks & responsibilities
1. Responsible for answering customer calls and answering customer questions;
2. Responsible for communicating and coordinating emails with overseas customers to ensure the normal delivery of customer orders;
3. Responsible for accurately recording and classifying customer-related information, and continuously improving service quality;
4. Maintain good customer relationships and create a high-quality service image.
Qualifications & experience
More than one year of work experience (no industry restrictions)
Good command both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
