Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above 
• 3-5 years customer service experience
• Good in both spoken English and Mandarin 
• Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal, communication skill & self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support 
• Able to individually handle customer complaint and enquiry in a decent & courteous manner
• Provide quick and professional response to customers enquires
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
