• Introduce digital banking services to customers in bank hall
• Enhance digital customer services experience and collect customer feedback/ suggestions for improvement
• Handle customers' esquires and escalate when appropriate according to supervisor’s guidance
• Support branch administrative and operational duties as required
• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience
• Digital savvy and familiar with using smartphones and apps
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
