FreshUp is the largest smart vending machine solution provider in Hong Kong. We own and operate 3000+ vending machines, and are now inviting talented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide your skills in account servicing and maintaining relationships with our clients. We welcome energetic persons to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships as an account serving;
• Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner;
• Collaborate with internal parties to ensure client satisfaction;
• Assist in handle contract renewals with existing clients;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above or any other related disciplines;
• 0-2 years work experience in customer service / account servicing;
• Proficient in MS office, proficiency in Word, Excel and PPT etc.;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Chinese typing is necessary);
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Working Hours:

5.5 working days, rest on public holiday

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
