Customer Service Assistant

Sharp Business has been introduced in Hong Kong and Macau markets more than 30 years, dedicated to provide superior business equipment and solutions in printing, commercial display and document system areas.

In order to better assist corporate clients in digital transformation in recent years, we also offer holistic and professional IT solutions, including managed IT service, document management system, as well as business workflow optimization. We partnered with Cisco, a market leader of networking products, to provide consultation of internet security which suitable for SMEs.

Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries and maintenance orders at Call Centre and Social Media Platform.
• Perform outbound calls, including account servicing & sales promotion delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support ad hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

• Preferably 1 year of customer service experience.
• Customer-oriented and a good team player.
• With good communication skills & telephone manner.
• Proficient in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word-processing.
• Experience in SAP & CRM will be an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferable.
