Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities


  • Corresponding with customers and agents both in local and overseas

  • Negotiating rates with shipping line, trucking company, warehouse, co-loaders and related parties alongside the Freight chains

  • Communicating with our sales persons well so that we make a prompt response to clients

  • Making quotations and sending out to clients

  • Following up with clients to meet their needs (sometimes go visit customers together with our sales people)

  • Being able to coordinate internally with our staff and being able to play a key role especially between sales team and operation team

Requirements


  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 2 years experiences in this field (NVOCC, FORWARDER)

  • Familiar with Japan and Asia trades and markets would be an advantage

  • Sea and air freight experiences are appreciated
