Our client is a well-known insurance firm. They wish to hire a talented Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Operations manager, you will be responsible for:

• and be the first point of contact for customers and financial advisers
• managing all areas of individual accounts assigned to you such as expansion, retention and pricing issues
• delivering an excellent level of customer service and care to include ownership of daily client account matters
• ensuring best practice and liaising with different business to resolve third parties issues
• making sure your service and product knowledge is always up to date to make suitable recommendations
• updating all member records and ensuring data provided can be used for quality and factual purpose

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service experience
• Insurance industry is preferred but not a must
• Customer Service experience is a must
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
