• Key customers : investment banks, financial service providers, multinational companies, education institutes in Hong Kong

• We are looking for Customer Service - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to the Help Desk Manager
• You will be the initial contact point for one assigned corporate client (a commercial bank)
• Ensure customers are receiving prompt customer support
• Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquires
• Troubleshoot, document and issue remediation methodologies for clients
• Provide client support to users in the operation of videoconferencing systems & audio visual systems
• Follow up on open issues with escalation groups to provide feedback to customer
• Work in one assigned Customer's office (a commercial bank)
• Fresh graduates with good customer service mindset; or 1-2 years customer service experience in any business
• Basic knowledge in audio-visual system / video teleconferencing or related is a plus (not a must)
• Good communications in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
• Occasional OT work during events with OT paid $$
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
