Responsibilities:

1. Input market rate in system
2. CS team document / report filing
3. New customer records update
4. Update promotions in media
5. Follow sales team work

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or above, preferably with educational background in shipping/logistics studies
• Minimum 2 years experience of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Familiar with sea freight operations
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
• Work independent and under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
