Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers required maintenance service / scheduled customers
• Handle appointment and transfer to related departments
• Assist on the events / car shows in the showroom
• Document support (e.g. sales documents, invoices, quotation, etc.)

Requirements

• With Customer Service / Retail Sales / Hospitality experience
• Presentable with courtesy
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of MS Office

Remarks

• Working Location: Whampoa (Near MTR Station)
• 9.5 hours shift work between 8:30am to 8pm (Including 1 hour lunch)
• 5/6 days rotation work
• Monthly Salary: HK$18,000 - 19,000 per month + Year-End Bonus (2 months)
• Bank holiday
• With Medical + MPF / ORSO
• 12 days Annual Leave
