Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

• To response and ensure the customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Follow up orders, payment, shipment and inventory
• To coordinate with sales team, CRM, other departments and suppliers to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met
• To proactively keep tracking order status and ensure order can be fulfilled within an agreed lead-time
• To handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard
• To proactively share among team members on new product / system knowledge and on lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team
• To assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to supervisor/Managers

 

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder of any subject with 1 years’ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing or Order Fulfillment
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Word 
• Good team player, detail oriented, Willing to drive for continuous improvement and responsible
• Candidate with 3 years or above experience on printing/packaging background will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer / Senior Order Fulfillment Executive
