Our client, a multinational company is now seeking for a candidate for the below position:

Responsibilities:

• Report to Customer Service Supervisor. 
• Answer corporate customers' inquiries and solve their problems by phone call and email. 
• Provide sales support duties. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above. 
• Any customer service-related experience is acceptable. 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Native speaker of Cantonese, good command of English. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
