Job Description - Customer Service Officer

What You'll Do: 

  • Handle customer complaints by providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers through emails and live chat. 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, capable of multi-tasking and ensure timely resolution to cases in the best interest of the customer and the company. 
  • Assist in executing cross-departmental requests and follow ups.
  • Responsible for customer order maintenance.
  • Ability to handle product quality inspections, order report checking & order related side tasks.

What You Have: 

  • Degree in any field.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Other language skills is an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. Chinese typing skills (Cangjie / Simplified Cangjie) is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service field (particularly in an e-commerce setting) is an advantage.
  • Monday-Friday (including Hong Kong public holidays).
