Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders, inquiries and complaints by phone / E-mail 
  • Provide solutions to client inquiries and process customer transactions on time
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data in the system.
  • Ac hob duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably candidates in the airline, front desk, hospitality, hotel or related industries 
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Diploma/Degree holder is preferable
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
