Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer KYC and transaction information Preliminary name screening including sanctions, terrorists and PEPs screening
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence. (hotline, social media and email)
• Work with internal departments (Compliance & Customer Service) in handling customer cases.
• Maintain system records, system logs.
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• Self-initiated and customer oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin/Putonghua will be a plus.
• Basic computer usage skills.
