Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiry and complaint through hotline, e-mail or Facebook
• Checking customer information and transaction records via computer system
• Coordinate with internal colleagues for ensuring smooth services
• Providing answers and solutions to customers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction level
• Participation in promotion activities
• Provide clerical support to the Department

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in banking, insurance and finance industry
• Good command of spoken and written INDONESIAN, with some English or Cantonese speaking
• Be customer-oriented, with good complaint handing and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and hardworking
• Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 , 5 days work week 
• Fresh graduate with positive attitude will also be considered
• With valid HKID and/or working visa
