Customer Service Officer

Canon, one of the world's leading manufacturers of copiers, fax, printers and cameras seeks to recruit resourceful, pro-active and mature individuals to support our rapid growth of business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality counter service to all walk-in customers, including but not limit to repairing or other general enquiries
• Maintain daily operations and parts ordering for machine maintenance
• Coordinate delivery services to customers
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental support as required

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate with 1-2 years relevant working experience, particular in customer service is preferred
• Customer-orientated with good service manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 5 days shift duty per week; core working hour from 10am to 7pm
