Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling care staff for clients 
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up
  • Assist in administrative work (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Chinese word processing)
  • Office Location: Sheung Wan
  • 5 days work week and Saturday duty by rotation is required

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong customer experience is an advantage
  • Good command of Cantonese (spoken, written, and typing)
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, patient, and a team player
  • General PC knowledge of MS Office
