Job Role and Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle sales enquiries from digital platforms through WhatsApp and other digital tools
- Introduce product information to customers with high quality customer service
- Reserve test drive appointment for customers and work closely with sales team for leads distribution
- Maximize customer response rate, drive test drive rate and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales talk and deliver promotional message to online customers according to operation needs
- Interact with customer and address their needs in timely and professional manner
- Update performance reports on a regular basis
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing related disciplines
- Preferably with 2 years working experience, automotive / customer services industry is an advantage. Fresh graduate with passion in automotive will also be considered
- Professional problem-solving skills, customer oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
- Passionate about developing career in the automotive industry
- Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
