Customer Service Officer

Job Role and Responsibilities  

• Handle vehicle sales enquiries from digital platforms through WhatsApp and other digital tools
• Introduce product information to customers with high quality customer service
• Reserve test drive appointment for customers and work closely with sales team for leads distribution
• Maximize customer response rate, drive test drive rate and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales talk and deliver promotional message to online customers according to operation needs
• Interact with customer and address their needs in timely and professional manner
• Update performance reports on a regular basis
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager

Skills and Experience Required  

• Degree holder in Business or Marketing related disciplines
• Preferably with 2 years working experience, automotive / customer services industry is an advantage. Fresh graduate with passion in automotive will also be considered
• Professional problem-solving skills, customer oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
• Passionate about developing career in the automotive industry
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
