Customer Service Officer

Duties:

• Liaise closely with the EEC head office
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Centre
• Handle enquiry in a decent & courteous manner
• Provide quick and professional responses to customers’ enquiries 
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Putonghua
• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holder is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup & PivotTable), PowerPoint & SAP will be a plus
• Presentable, patient, responsible, excellent customer service and a good team player.

The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
