Efficiently and effectively handle customer enquiries for the Securities Department via the phone
Handle and follow up on customer complaints
Perform general administration duties to support the smooth operation of the department
Assist in preparing regular reports as assigned
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
High Diploma or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer services
Possession of HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent, and qualified to carry out regulated activities Type 1
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
