Customer Service Officer (5-Day Work/ No Shift Duties)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Manage reception and lounge areas, including hygiene and identifying repairs that need doing, materials that need ordering.
- Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year customer service working experience
- Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
