To cope with our business development, we are inviting candidate who is vibrant, results driven, and comfortable with fast-paced environment to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by provision of one-stop quality service.
  • Pro-actively follow up the order status with customers, handle customers' enquiries and provide after-sales service to meet customers' satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers on Sample Development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotations and samples with manufacturing units on sample making and production.
  • Maintain master file for the printing products and print job records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or University graduated with advance level of Microsoft Applications.
  • 2+ yrs relevant experience in printing & labeling / garment & apparel industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP is preferred.
  • Manage to prioritize job tasks with attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge in Shipping Operations is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin).
