What you do:

• Handle customer enquiries on loan and credit card in professional manner through live chat and email
• Assist to monitor and handle live chat operations
• Support CS hotline and preform UAT related to live chat function if needed

What you need:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in customer service, preferably in live chat function of banking industry
• Proficient in Chinese typing
• 5-day works
• Experience in hotline is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
