Job Description

Our purpose is to bring safety, quality and sustainability to life.

The Job

• Communicate with foreign agents about invoices, reports, certificates, etc. of the projects
• Provide administrative document checking and project process support (including report typing process, certification process, invoicing process)
• Prepare monthly report of customer’s business movement and feedback on Intertek’s service
• Join meeting with Account Executive and customers
• Provide regular market update for internal staff.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 2 years’ customer services working experience
• Good command in English, knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
• Self-initiated and be a good team player
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
