Customer service representative

Job Duties:

• Responding promptly to callers with helpful solutions
• Communicating with users over the phone or email
• Follow-up and update customer status and information

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year working experience (less experience will be also considered)
• Good communication and telephone skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory
