Customer Service Representative (Kwun Tong Service Centre)

 

Job Description:

• Provide quality customer service to all customers via email, hotline etc., including but not limit to repairing or other enquiries.
• Maintain good relationship and excellence communication with customer, update repair service status. 
• Coordination with technical support specialist to ensure work smoothly and complete the work on time.
• Record customer requests and input information in service system detailly.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year or above Customer Services experience
• Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
• Counter service experience is an advantage

• 專業處理客戶的查詢。
• 與客戶保持有效的溝通, 提供有關維修進度的更新, 建立良好的客戶關係。
• 與維修技術人員協調，確保工作流程順暢並按時完成維修工作。
• 詳細記錄客戶的維修檔案資料。

資歷：

• 最少有一年或以上有關電訊及客戶服務經驗
• 良好粵語，英語及普通話
• 積極主動，有上進心及有良好溝通技巧
• 擁有櫃台服務經驗者優先
