Our client is a reputable Singapore bank. They are seeking for a Credit Collection officer to support their daily operation. 

Responsibilities:

• To perform phone dunning to delinquent accounts
• To understand customers’ financial difficulties and negotiate with customers on repayment arrangement
• To resolve customer’s enquiries and complaints
• To comply with the Bank’s and regulatory requirements on risk and control

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working as Loan Support/Customer services post in related sector in banking or Collection company is preferable.
• Good at English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages
• Knowledge in using MS office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
