• We are looking for Customer Service (shipping documentation)- with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in Customer Service team of 5 members in Ship Agency Division
• Provide counter services and administer shipping documentation to customers.
• Handle all inbound, outbound and transshipment in a timely manner.
• Deal with terminals, carriers and/or depots
• Prepare invoices and receipts for review and approval.
• Diploma or above or in related disciplines
• 1+ year experience in freight forwarding handling or liner inbound, outbound or transshipment shipping documents
• Customer-oriented and a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in PC applications i.e. Word and Excel
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
