Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

What you will be deliver

  • Provide excellent key account servicing, including but not limited to customer account profile, account service strategy and service improvement plan for improving the overall service quality and customer’s operational efficiency
  • Act as the primary contact point of the assigned customers
  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence
  • Ensure service performance, proactively manage service quality and formulate service recovery plans, involving other operational functions as appropriate
  • Establish customer experience transparency with Business team to ensure associated internal stakeholders are at all times kept updated on significant service delivery management 
  • Work with different functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives

Who you are

  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in account management or customer service related
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature thinking, energetic, analytical, attention to detail, well organized
  • Take initiative toward problems and willing to take new challenges
  • Good knowledge of standard Software applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for a senior role
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
