Customer Service Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide all-rounded support to Business Development team;
• Handle customer enquiries and order follow-up & complaints in professional manners;
• Maintain intimate relationship with existing clients;
• Assist other departments to clarify problems with customers in relation to inventory control, debt collect, pending shipment and other operating matters;
• Prepare various sales repots and data consolidations;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
• Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn;
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and coordination skills;
• Result-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks;
• Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Supervisor.
