Duties:

• Provide customer service tasks in shopping mall
• Provide IPAD user training to customers
• Receive incoming call & case handling
• Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications

Responsibilities:

• Higher Diploma or above
• With 1 year of relevant experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
