Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming phone calls and distibute to internal parties
- Liaise with internal department to maintain smooth operation
- Provide clerical support
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, with holder of Security Personnel Permit "SPP" is preferred
- At least 1 year experience in customer service field is preferred
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
- Customer oriented with excellent telephone manner
- Typing speed at least 20 wpm (Chinese) & 40 wpm (English)
