Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling all incoming phone calls and distibute to internal parties 
• Liaise with internal department to maintain smooth operation
• Provide clerical support 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with holder of Security Personnel Permit "SPP" is preferred
• At least 1 year experience in customer service field is preferred
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently 
• Customer oriented with excellent telephone manner
• Typing speed at least 20 wpm (Chinese) & 40 wpm (English)
