Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning the marketing and performance delivery strategies of the core brands in the industry, and precipitating large-scale and replicable methodologies for different types of customers (international, traditional, emerging, etc.) 2. Responsible for customer business analysis, strategy proposals, implementation tracking, analysis and review, output of full-link solutions, enabling customers to grow healthily in the Byte ecosystem, and increase industry advertising revenue 3. Collaborate with internal sales, content, data and other functions, establish links with external agency channels, jointly create efficiency improvement plans, and promote strategy iteration and implementation 4. According to the division of labor in the team, be responsible for commercial product projects and research topics, follow up and promote the implementation of projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Internet brands and performance delivery products, with good strategic thinking 2. 3 years or more of work experience, experience in the Internet, brand side, 4A or consulting companies is preferred 3. Strong communication skills, proposal experience and project overall execution capabilities 4. Strong data analysis and mining capabilities, high data sensitivity, proficient in Excel and PPT.
