As part of your role in digital marketing services, your job responsibilities would include:
- Participating in the planning and execution of diverse digital marketing campaigns, encompassing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Programmatic campaigns. This involves developing strategies, setting objectives, and implementing tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborating and coordinating with online publishers to manage media buying across various portals. This includes identifying suitable platforms, negotiating advertising placements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns.
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This entails understanding client needs, addressing inquiries and concerns, and consistently surpassing service expectations.
- Coordinating with designers and the technical team to produce online marketing materials, such as banners, Facebook apps, and mini webpage development. This collaborative effort ensures the creation of effective and visually appealing assets to support campaign objectives.
- Providing analysis and presenting new market opportunities to clients. This involves analyzing campaign performance, monitoring market trends, and delivering strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive client success.
- Handling client inquiries and communication through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. This requires prompt and effective responses, accurate information provision, and offering solutions or guidance as required.
By fulfilling these job duties, you would actively contribute to the successful planning, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns, while ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth for your clients.
Requirements:
- Understanding in digital marketing - search engine marketing, social media marketing, programmatic and web publishing markets
- Marketing agency background is a must
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media or a related subject
- Strong experience and understanding of performance marketing & web analytic metrics
- 4+ years related work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and engagement skills
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
