Responsibilities:

• Take initiative to transform the company business from traditional to digital and assist in the business expansion in UK.
• Collaborate with top management to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and implement impactful marketing campaigns across various digital channels (email, SEM, SEO, social media, instant messaging, events, etc.). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and surpass KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams and/or external agencies to produce compelling content that engages our target audience and drives action.
• Champion the company's brand and product offerings, fostering a strong online presence and increasing customer sales conversions.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously refine and improve our digital marketing efforts.
• Stay ahead of the curve by conducting competitive analysis and making informed recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
• Actively represent the company at local and international trade shows, building relationships and promoting our buyer services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals, develop strategies, and achieve measurable results.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior-level position.
• Willing to travel between UK and HK will be advantage, but not a must.
