Digital Performance Account Manager

• We are looking for Senior Digital Performance Account Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Digital Performance Account Director 
• Follow up with digital marketing service orders and clients - Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Social Media Marketing/ Programmatic campaigns
• Engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns
• Liaise and coordinate with online publishers on media buy of various portals
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level
• Coordinate with designers and tech team in the production of online marketing materials such as banners, facebook app, mini webpage development
• Provide analysis & suggest new market opportunities to clients
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email and meeting
• Degree or above preferably in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media or equivalent
• 2+ years relevant work experiene
• Familiar with digital marketing - search engine marketing, social media marketing, programmatic and web publishing markets
• Sound knowledge in Google Ads, GTM and Google Analytics
• Strong experience of performance marketing & web analytic metrics
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and engagement skills
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• 5 days work
