Digital Transformation Trainee

About Your Role:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support cloud projects and other digital initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gather insights into user needs, preferences and behaviors throughout the digital customer journey
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance digital experiences
• Participate in the development and implementation of process automations 
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives

Does it sound like you?

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Business, STEM, or any other related discipline
• Detail-minded, strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Passionate, self-motivated, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate with less academic qualifications but some working experience will be considered
