Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and construction of search data products for merchants, industry BDs, service providers, and experts, and building an indicator system, evaluation standards, business problem diagnosis capabilities, and intelligent decision-making capabilities for business scenarios 2. Responsible for promoting data products The whole process of project planning and design, product prototype, project management & promotion, effect acceptance, etc. 3. Mining the data analysis needs of merchants and other b-side roles, precipitating business data analysis scenarios, and supporting and empowering merchants and other b-side roles to use data to make decisions 4. Do a good job in cross-team collaborative communication, work closely with business demanders, analysts, development, operations and other teams to collaboratively promote the output of data product capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Strong logical thinking ability, able to systematically design data products for business scenarios, and able to help businesses scientifically through the design of data products decision-making and reduce operating costs 2. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, and be able to promote project implementation across departments 3. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in using SQL, and able to continuously optimize product capabilities and improve through digital operations Product usage penetration rate in merchants and effectiveness of diagnostic recommendations 4. Priority will be given to those with experience in data product design for life service platforms/e-commerce/b-end businesses.
