E-commerce Manager

China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Ltd is a member of China Unicom that provides telecommunication services in Hong Kong. To cope with our development, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:

Job Description:

1. eCommerce Growth: Plan and manage marketing activities, campaigns and content at online touch points, including but not limited to website, mobile app, WeChat mini program etc, to drive revenue of the online store.
2. User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer journey.
3. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for eCommerce projects.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth.
5. Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest eCommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
6. Procurement & Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to support project execution and delivery.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in BBA/MKT, Social Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
2. 3 years of experience in web/app management, digital growth, SEM/SEO, eCommerce and marketing will be preferred.
3. Analytic skills are required, familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
4. Strong business acumen and innovative thinking, result-oriented, good team player and positive attitude.
5. Proficient with MS Office and internet technology.
6. Proficiency in both written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
