Ecosystem Enablement and Support Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide technical consulting, cloud solution training, empowerment and project support and other professional services to Tencent Cloud partners
2. Work with partners to design an architecture solution based on the Tencent Cloud platform according to customer IT characteristics, and help customers or partners migrate systems to the cloud, provide application migration and data migration consulting services support customers or partners to build upper-level applications and services on the Tencent Cloud platform
3. Coordinate backend product, service, operation and other team resources, and provide pre-sales support for partners' key projects
4. Participate in the technical team building of partners.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of IT/cloud computing related work experience, understanding of public cloud products or familiar with virtualization related technologies (such as KVM, Xen, Openstack, etc.)
2. Have channel support, ecological empowerment related work experience, understanding channel ecological responsibilities and strategies are preferred
3. Understand a certain sub-industry (for example: education/medical care/industry/government affairs/finance/pan-internet, etc.), and have led and participated in major project biddings. Priority will be given to admission
4. Have the ability and skills to communicate with key personnel such as the customer's CEO, CTO, operation and maintenance manager, etc. Priority will be given to those who have passed Tencent Cloud Technology Certification or equivalent qualification certification
5. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, rigorous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
