Responsibilities
Team introduction: Feishu's commercialization team (Go to Market) is responsible for comprehensively promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. It develops precise business strategies, conducts market-breaking marketing, and deeply understands the trends in different industries. and features, to convey Feishu's concepts and values to corporate customers in different industries and achieve business cooperation, helping customers to enhance the depth and breadth of use, ultimately making Feishu the first choice for advanced enterprises in various industries and continuing to help corporate organizations upgrade. Feishu officially launched commercialization in 2019 and has now established commercialization teams in China, Singapore, Japan and other countries and regions, starting a process of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals in various industries around the world. 1. Responsible for Feishu's sales to key customers in the financial industry, conduct research and analysis on banking, insurance, securities, Internet finance and other sub-industries, form customer lists and sales strategies, participate in industry strategy and commercialization planning, and participate in the development of industry solutions Build 2. Develop and follow up on customers in key industries, understand customer needs, track and visit potential industry customers, facilitate signing of orders, collaborate with pre-sales/customer performance/product/R&D departments, and iterate industry solutions 3. According to goals Develop sales plans, plan industry customer sales strategies, and make timely adjustments according to market changes to complete the sales targets issued by the company 4. Maintain good relationships with customers, media, investors, and industry experts in the industry, and coordinate with the company's internal and external parties operations to ensure the satisfaction of all parties and enhance the company's brand image in the financial industry.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with SaaS/cloud computing/big data/marketing technology and other products, with enterprise-level customers in the financial industry Sales experience, experience in banking, insurance, securities, Internet finance and other industries is preferred 2. Deeply cultivate the financial industry and understand the value chain, industry trends, customer pain points, IT systems and digital construction trends, digital transformation trends, management, and organization of the financial industry Construction, etc. 3. Have experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and have excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills 4. Have certain data sensitivity and industry analysis capabilities, and be able to independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 5. Have strong logical thinking ability , able to independently produce industry solutions and complete explanations.
