Job Description

Support the Client Service Team in carrying out daily operational and administrative duties in a smooth and effective manner.

Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with clients.

Clerical support in the CRM systems.

 

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Art or any related discipline.

2 years or above of work experience in customer service role preferred.

Prior experience in shipping / logistic customer service is an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook).
