Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and drive performance of the restaurants to maximize our profit
• Monitor the departmental performance against budget and initiate any corrective actions whenever necessary
• Analyze food and beverage operations from various aspects, e.g. operating costs, sales, efficiency, work simplification and sanitation etc
• Identify business strategies by analyzing current market trends and preparing appropriate promotional plans
• Provide functional assistance and direction to food and beverage section heads, coordinate all menu planning, pricing, food presentation and promotions etc
• Ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency in product/service delivery by accurately forecasting supply and demand

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years’ in similar capacity
• Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Creative, high level of energy and highly self-driven
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
