Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and maintain appropriate stock levels;
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including seating areas, kitchen, and restrooms;
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for improved efficiency.
- Monitor and supervisor the food hygiene and safety to reach a compliance of the statutory requirement as well as internal control and compliance;
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues promptly;
- Train and develop staff in delivering excellent customer service;
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, create work schedules, and provide performance feedback;
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and analyze sales performance;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events;
- Manage the cafe's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize costs;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Hospitality Management preferred;
- 8 years solid experience in Café / Restaurant operations, in which 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations;
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills;
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Shift duty is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
