Our client, from Non-Government sector, is now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their professional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties such as receiving enquiries from the general public and relay the messages to appropriate staff for handling
  • Greet visitors and handle the following:
    - Visitor registration;
    - Issuance of visitor badges; and
    - Inform relevant staff as appropriate
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including meeting room bookings,courier service, incoming and outgoing mailing services, document preparation and sorting the letters according to Divisions/Sections for the distribution of Office Assistant
  • Provide general support for Scheme Applicants
  • Facilitate scheme applicants or walk-in applicants in using the Queueing Machine
  • Relay inquiries to corresponding Scheme Officers(s) for handling
  • Assist in other administration duties and ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service is preferred
  • Good customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive team player with a pleasant character, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Good computer literacy in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
